Effective Date: April 26, 2026 Last Updated: April 26, 2026

01Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains what information anycubicslicer.net collects when you visit, why we collect it, and the choices you have. anycubicslicer.net is an independent download mirror and information hub for Anycubic Slicer. We are not affiliated with Shenzhen Anycubic Technology Co., Ltd. The Anycubic name, the Anycubic Slicer name, and related trademarks belong to their respective owners.

By visiting this website you agree to the practices described below. If any part of this policy does not work for you, please stop using the site. If something is unclear, the contact page is the fastest way to reach us.

02Information We Collect

Information you voluntarily provide

This is a download and reference site. There are no user accounts, no newsletter signup, and no checkout. The only place you can hand us information is the contact form, which captures your name, email address, and the message you type. We use that data to reply to you and nothing else.

Information collected automatically

When you load any page of anycubicslicer.net, our server and our CDN record technical details about the request. These are standard log fields and they do not identify you by name:

  • IP address (kept by Cloudflare and our origin server)
  • Browser type, browser version, and user-agent string
  • Operating system family (Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile)
  • Referring URL, including the search engine or external site you came from
  • Pages viewed, time on page, and rough navigation path
  • Device class (desktop, tablet, phone) and screen size
  • Approximate location at the country and region level, derived from your IP

Cookies and tracking technologies

We use a small number of cookies. Some are needed for the site to work, others are optional and exist to measure traffic or to fund the site through advertising.

  • Essential WordPress cookies. These keep page caching and basic site functions working. They contain no personal data.
  • Cloudflare cookies such as __cf_bm and __cflb. They are used for bot management, load balancing, and security. They do not identify you.
  • Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) may be active on this site. GA4 records aggregated metrics like pageviews, session duration, traffic source, and rough demographics. GA4 does not capture personally identifiable information from us. You can opt out using Google’s browser add-on.
  • Advertising cookies (Google AdSense) may be active. AdSense and its partners use cookies to serve ads, including ads tailored to prior browsing. You can manage personalised ads at Google Ad Settings or opt out of third-party advertising cookies at aboutads.info and youronlinechoices.eu.

You can clear or block any of these cookies in your browser settings at any time. Doing so does not break access to the site.

03How We Use Your Information

The data we hold is used to keep the site online, to improve what we publish about Anycubic Slicer, and to fund hosting through advertising. Specifically:

  • To operate and maintain the website and recover from outages.
  • To analyse which Anycubic Slicer guides, FAQ entries, and download pages people read, so we can rewrite the weak ones.
  • To serve relevant advertisements through Google AdSense.
  • To answer messages submitted through the contact form.
  • To detect and block abusive traffic with Cloudflare.

We do not use your information for profiling, scoring, automated decisions that affect you, or any purpose other than the ones listed above.

04Third-Party Services

We rely on a handful of well-known third parties. Each one has its own privacy policy, which we cannot edit on your behalf.

  • Google Analytics 4 — traffic measurement by Google LLC. Google Privacy Policy
  • Google AdSense — display advertising by Google LLC. Google Ads Policy
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — CDN, DNS, DDoS mitigation, and bot management. Cloudflare Privacy Policy
  • WordPress.org — the open-source CMS that runs this site. We host WordPress ourselves, so visiting anycubicslicer.net does not send data to WordPress.org.

The Anycubic Slicer installer that you download from this site is delivered directly from Anycubic’s official CDN. When you click a download button, your request goes to Anycubic’s servers. Their handling of that request is governed by Anycubic’s own privacy policy.

05Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with anyone for marketing purposes. The only people who see information about your visit are:

  • The third parties listed in section four, who process specific signals (analytics events, ad impressions, Cloudflare requests) on our behalf.
  • Authorities, if we are required to disclose information to comply with valid legal process such as a subpoena or a court order.
  • A new owner, if anycubicslicer.net is ever sold or transferred. In that case the data is transferred subject to this policy or one no less protective.

We may also share fully anonymised, aggregated statistics — for example, “how many visitors clicked the Windows download link last week” — with no way to trace those numbers back to a person.

06Data Retention

  • Server access logs. Kept for up to 30 days, then rotated and deleted automatically.
  • Cloudflare logs. Held for the period defined in Cloudflare’s documentation. We do not export or store these locally beyond what their dashboard provides.
  • Google Analytics data. Retained for 14 months by default, after which Google deletes it.
  • Contact form submissions. Stored only until your enquiry is answered, then deleted within 90 days unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
  • Cookies. Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies expire on the timeline declared by the issuing service.

07Your Rights & Choices

You always have the option to limit what we receive:

  • Disable or delete cookies through your browser. Most browsers ship with this control under privacy or security settings.
  • Install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on to block GA4 entirely.
  • Turn off personalised advertising at Google Ad Settings.
  • Use private or incognito browsing for visits you do not want recorded across sessions.
  • Send us a deletion request through the contact page for any message you previously submitted.

If you live in the EU, EEA, UK, or Switzerland, the GDPR gives you the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data, and the right to object to processing. You can also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

If you live in California, the CCPA and CPRA give you the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete it, the right to opt out of any sale or sharing, and the right not to be discriminated against for using these rights. anycubicslicer.net does not sell personal information.

08Children’s Privacy

Anycubic Slicer is a tool for 3D printer owners, and the content here is written for adults running their own hardware. The site is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in jurisdictions where that is the threshold). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child has submitted personal data to us, we will delete it promptly. A parent or guardian can request the same removal through the contact page.

09Security

We protect data with these measures:

  • HTTPS with a valid TLS certificate is enforced across the entire site.
  • Cloudflare provides DDoS protection, a web application firewall, and bot management at the edge.
  • WordPress core, plugins, and the GeneratePress theme are kept current.
  • Server access is restricted to a small set of admin keys, with no shared passwords.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach exposes personal data we hold about you, we will tell you and the appropriate authorities within the timeframes the law requires.

10International Data Transfers

Our origin server, Cloudflare’s edge nodes, and Google’s analytics and advertising infrastructure operate across multiple countries. When you load anycubicslicer.net, your request is routed to whichever node is closest, which often means data crosses national borders. By using the site you consent to that transfer. Where the law requires, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards published by our vendors.

11Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our tooling changes, when a new vendor is added, or when the law requires it. Any update is posted on this page with a fresh “Last Updated” date at the top. We will not retroactively reduce your rights without notice. Continued use of anycubicslicer.net after a change means you accept the revised policy.

12Contact Us

If anything in this policy is unclear, or if you want us to delete information you have sent us, please reach out through the contact page. We answer privacy questions before any other inbound message.
